INFLUENCE IMPLEMENTASI INFORMATION SYSTEM / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON ITS OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE: STUDY CASES ON THE COMPANY good

AbstractThis study aimed to see whether the implementation of information systems / information technology (SI / IT) affect the operational performance of the company. Research was conducted at one of the companies in the service industry service delivery headquartered in Jakarta. This study uses qualitative research methodology with the analysis of descriptive statistics to describe the influence of the implementation of the SI / IT to the operational performance. The research obtained from preliminary analysis based on the theory of the operational performance of companies using the methods of critical success factor (CSF), the productivity of labor (productivity), the number of complaints (customer handling), and the level of success of the delivery (quality of service). Results from this research show that implementation of the SI / IT negatively impact the productivity of labor, a positive effect on the number of complaints, and does not affect the level of success of the delivery of goods.
